Citizen Soldier Resource Book

This Citizen Soldier book is part of the Conflict & Compromise in History teacher resource book series. The book brings the American soldier to life, helping students appreciate the challenges of operating a military force as well as the sacrifices citizen soldiers have made. It also traces the origins of the citizen soldier from Ancient Greece to today. The book provides the followings:
