All items must be new condition (unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect). We cannot accept any item that has been used.
WHEN RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST TO 1) RETURN THE ITEM AND 2) SHIP THE NEW ITEM.
